How to Apply

2020 MINNESOTA CUWiP APPLICATION PROCESS

The first step is to apply to the conference. On Tuesday, September 3, 2019 APS is open to receiving applications.

Deadline to apply is Friday, October 7, 2019

Application process is closed.

The application process is completed on the APS website.

On Monday, October 28, 2019 you will receive an email from APS to inform you if you have been accepted to attend the CUWiP 2020.

I've been ACCEPTED. Now what?

Register for the conference by or before Nov. 14
Plan your Travel
Need Travel Funds?
Coordinate with other students from the same institution to minimize travel costs

Once accepted, APS will email you a registration link to be completed by or before Thursday, November 14, 2019.

Conference Cost: $45.00

FEE WAIVER

Please apply for the fee waiver before your register.

Students who can not afford the $45.00 conference cost can request a fee waiver by emailing women@aps.org.

Once you have registered we will reach out to you by email to confirm your visit details. Please watch for an email from CUWiP@umn.edu

CONFERENCE DEADLINES

Student application will open on September 3, 2019 with a deadline for application October 4, 2019.

Sept 3: APS website open for applications

Oct 7: Application deadline

Oct 28: Applicants informed of acceptance

Nov 14: Deadline for accepted students to confirm attendance by registering
